How we collect and use your personal information
1.1 Information provided when you register for a AI-team Pte. account
When you register a AI-team Pte. account and use AI-team Pte. products and services through your AI-team Pte. account, we will collect and store your personal information, including your email address, username and password, user account number, nickname and avatar information of third-party software, shipping address, billing information and phone number, etc. The purpose of collecting and using this information is to provide you with products and services, process orders and shipments, provide Client Server and communicate directly with you, such as sending you new product introduction emails, account verification, order confirmation, major changes and updates of service functions, technical and security notifications, etc. You can refuse to receive such emails or push notifications through the relevant settings in the email. In addition, we may also collect other information from you in order to provide you with services and improve service quality, such as relevant information provided when our Client Server team contacts you, questionnaire reply information sent to us when you participate in surveys, etc. If you refuse to provide such information, it will not affect the basic functions of using AI-team Pte. services, but may affect the quality of services we provide to you.
1.2 Information we collect from registered robot devices
If you use an application to register and bind to a robot online, we will collect your location information, end point device information (including device ID, serial number or product code, IP Address, etc.), and we may collect the robot's cleanable profile and related behavioral status to help you handle issues such as malfunctions and errors in special cases.
1.3 Information we collect from websites and mobile device clients. In order to ensure the quality of services we provide to you and the security of your information, when you visit the AI-team Pte. website or AI-team Pte.'s mobile device client, and use the services provided by AI-team Pte., we may record the category, method, operation information of your use of the service, and other log information related to the service, such as your IP address, the version and device identification code used by the mobile device, Device ID and your location, etc. You understand and agree that in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, court orders or other legal procedures, administrative or judicial mandatory requirements, we may provide your personal information to the relevant competent authorities without your authorization and consent.
